WPI Frontiers Program

Program Description:

Frontiers is an two week, on-campus research and learning experience that challenges you to explore the outer limits of knowledge in science, mathematics, and engineering.

You will attend classes and do lab work in your chosen area of study. Living on campus with classmates from all over the country, you will work on projects and assemble your findings and have fun in and out of class!

Qualifications: Available to students entering their junior or senior year in high school.

Program Dates / Length: Session I July 10-22, 2011; Session II July 24 - August 2, 2011

Housing: On-campus housing provided for all participants; included in tuition cost.

Cost / Availability of Financial Aid: Tuition for Session I program is $1,995. Session II $1,550 Attend both sessions: $3,395. This amount covers tuition, room, board, transportation, linens, and entrance fees to group activities. No financial aid available. Two scholarships for participants in the FIRST robotics program are offered; see the Frontiers Web site for details.
