Program Description:

The Castle Rock Institute is an educational organization devoted to balancing academic study of the Humanities and outdoor adventure. It sponsors off-campus study programs for college students and Gap Year students that combine coursework in religion, philosophy, literature and art with backpacking, climbing, biking, and paddling. Students earn 16 hours of credit each semester.
