Discover Carnegie Mellon!
June 30 - August 10, 2012
Are you going to be a junior or senior in high school? If so, consider spending June 30 to August 10, 2012 in one of our six distinct Pre-College programs. You can either explore Architecture, Art & Design, Drama, Music or the National High School Game Academy to prepare yourself for study at the college level. Through our Advanced Placement/Early Admission program, you can take two challenging college courses in order to gain advanced placement and get a head start in college.
Our Pre-College programs will show you what life at Carnegie Mellon is all about - from the classroom to what's happening on weekends. You'll meet people from all over the world, be inspired by our esteemed faculty, take part in the excitement of campus life and have the opportunity to explore the city of Pittsburgh. Housing: Students must live in university housing. Pittsburgh residents have a commuter option.
Cost / Availability of Financial Aid: Total costs of tuition and housing range from $4,663 to $7,950. Details on program specific costs and financial aid for our Architecture and Art & Design programs can be found on our website.
Credit Awarded: College credit is awarded for our Advanced Placement / Early Admission program only.
