Program Description:
The Caretta Research Project is a hands-on research, conservation and education program that protects the threatened loggerhead sea turtles that nest on Wassaw National Wildlife Refuge, GA. Participants pay to come to Wassaw for weekly sessions to be trained as scientists, collecting data that will be ultimately used to protect this species.
